UPDATE: City Hall will be open to the public on Monday, February 1, only in the Assessing and Collecting Departments located on the Mezzanine level. The departments will be open for residents who need to file their abatement application or pay their property tax bill by the February 1 deadline. You do not need an appointment on that day.
